About Me

I live in the Midwest with my husband and two wonderful children (for the purposes of this blog they will be called Bernardo and Higgins). I worked outside of the home, as well as helped my husband run an entertainment business for several years. When my oldest was born, I went part time and am now a stay at home mom. 

I love throwing my boys birthday parties, and I sometimes go a little overboard. I finally organized my ideas and in late 2011, I published my first book. Animals To Trains is about planning and throwing children's birthday parties. It has several themes and each is broken down into invitations, decorations, activities, food, cake, and favors.

I still had lots of non-birthday ideas. My husband recommended starting a blog and doing something with them, so here I am! I hope you find something useful on here!
