BREAKFAST:
- Scrambled Egg Muffins (So these are not entirely a traditional muffin, but they are made in a muffin pan. They are great to make ahead and just reheat during the week for breakfasts. Older kids will have a healthy quick option for making their own breakfast too.)
- Crumb Cake Muffins
- Apple Cinnamon Muffins
- Pumpkin Muffins
DINNER:
- Meatloaf Muffins: Make mini meatloaves in muffin pans. Pipe on Mashed potatoes for a mini meal!
