Makes about 5 Cups
You will need:
- 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani.)
- 3 cups milk
- 3 ripe bananas, frozen (freeze overnight)
- 7 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup chocolate syrup (I used 1/4 cup and had a slight chocolate flavor. 1/3 cup would give a stronger chocolate flavor.)
- Blender, Ziploc bag
Directions:
1. Unwrap the bananas and place in a Ziploc bag. Freeze overnight.
2. Add all ingredients to blender and combine. I used the blend setting. DM TIP: If you have a smaller blender, you may want to break the recipe in half so you won't overfill the blender and make a big mess (not like I did that or anything....).
3. Serve and enjoy!
DM TIP: If you have leftover drink, place in popsicle molds and freeze overnight for a healthier popsicle! You can also freeze for a few hours to make a soft served ice cream. (Note: If you leave it in overnight, it will be too hard to scoop. It comes out in flakes, not in a nice scoop.)
