Snow Time Fun

A couple of weeks ago, we were hit with Arctic air and lots of snow. It's repeating this week. *Sigh* I am so tired of snow right now. The kids had their fun, but it's too cold to stay out for long. While I was shoveling, I was trying to come up with ideas to keep the kids busy while it is so chilly out.

The last time it got this cold, we blew bubbles and tried to catch them on the wand without popping them. It took a few tries, but we managed to catch a few. After a couple minutes, the bubbles would freeze and you could lightly touch them or pull them apart.
They loved it! Unfortunately, it's too windy to do that today, so I started thinking of other things that we had done in the past. If you are trying to come up with some new ideas to keep your kids busy, here are some of ours from snow days past.

Please post in the Comments and share if you have any other ideas! I think we all might need them if this cold/snow keeps up.  :)
