After baking and making crafts the last couple of weeks, I wanted something super easy to make my kids for lunch. I grabbed my Christmas tree cookie cutter to make a tree sandwich. However, Bernardo wanted to make the lunch himself. He made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and I helped him line up the cookie cutter. He pressed down and cut out the tree shape. I cut and washed a pomegranate and the boys placed them on for ornaments! I think they liked lunch even more because they got to help.
