For these you will first cook up your strips of bacon. Next, pour pancake mix over the top of the bacon strips. Cook the pancakes like normal. Viola! Bacon Pancakes...yum...We ate these with butter and maple syrup. Hubby sprinkled a few chocolate chips over the boys pancakes. Pure decadence...
