For these crafts you will need:
- Cardboard tubes (large enough to fit over their hands, or you can cut a slit in the middle of a toilet paper roll to make a cuff bracelet)
- Mod Podge (a craft glue/sealant)
- Colored tissue paper
- Paint brush
- White craft paint
Directions:
- Cut tubes into desired widths. Paint with white craft paint and let dry.
- Cut/tear pieces of tissue paper. (Cut into strips or shapes.)
- Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge on cardboard roll with paint brush.
- Lay tissue paper on top of glue. Add more glue and tissue until you get the color depth you want.
- Apply a final Mod Podge layer and let dry.
- Enjoy!
