Make Flowers For Mom!

These are a super easy and fun craft for everyone. (Dads, these would be a simple craft/gift for Mother's Day; make a bunch and place in a vase for a beautiful bouquet of flowers!)

For this craft, you will need:

• White coffee filters
• Green Pipe Cleaners
• Washable Markers
• Squirt bottle (with water)

Directions:

1. Lay out a filter on a plate.
2. Draw on circles or splotches of color.
3. Squirt the filter 2 or 3 times.
4. Let sit a few minutes so the water can
    cause the colors to run. If needed, squirt
    again.

5. Let dry.
6. Cut 2 inches off a piper cleaner and set
    aside.
7. Poke or cut a hole in the center and insert
   the pipe cleaner. Fold down to create a
   center of the flower (and to hold the filter        on).

8. Scrunch the filter together around the pipe
    cleaner to form flower shape.
9. Wrap extra pipe cleaner around to hold
    the shape.
