For this relatively healthy snack, you will need:
- 2 bananas
- 5 Tbpn frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 c. low fat milk
- 3 Tbpn malted milk powder (optional, if you want to make a malt instead of a shake)
- Plastic Wrap
- Blender
Directions:
- Peel bananas and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Freeze until firm (about 1 hour).
- Break bananas into pieces, add to blender.
- Next, add milk, juice, and powder (if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
