I was cutting up a cantaloupe yesterday and realized it looked like a flower. I had cut it half, scooped out the seeds, and was cutting down the rind. I normally cut the sides first, then cut the bottom off. With the way the sides laid down, I thought it looked like a flower and decided to make a fruit bowl out of it for dinner. The smaller cuts with more of an angle to them seemed to work better.
This would work as cute centerpiece for a regular family dinner night, or add some "wow" factor to your Easter table!
