Jell-O Jigglers

I love making Jell-O Jigglers for all kinds of parties. With cookie cutters and different kinds of molds, you can make jigglers for almost any occasion and they're always a big hit with the kids.

Here's the recipe, if you don't have it already or lost it (which I am constantly doing!):

2 1/2 cups boiling water (you will NOT be adding the cold water)
2 packages (8-serving size packages) of jello

*Stir boiling water into gelatin powder. Mix until completely dissolved. Pour into 13x9 pan or into molds.
*Refrigerate until firm (3 hours or so).
*To help loosen from the mold or pan, dip the bottom of the pan in warm water for about 15 seconds (don't leave too long or the gelatin will start to melt). Cut with knife or cookie cutters. Make sure to cut all the way through!
*Lift out of pan and store in the refrigerator.

For those of you who have my book, you may recognize these as the Dragon's Eggs from the Dragon and Knight Party. They could also work as dinosaur eggs or for Easter. I made them using the Brownie Pop mold.
